We provide a full line of carbide, ceramic, ceramet, BZN,
CBN, and PCD inserts. We offer all ANSI standards with
molded chip breakers along with special ground inserts
with special shapes, forms, or chip breakers. Our
engineering team can work with you to design custom
inserts specific for your applications.
Tool Holders Cartridges
We can manufacture your tool holders and cartridges to your
specifications. If you are looking to change the design of your
current holders, we can assist you with the development and
modeling of the new design.
Repair and Regrind
We can repair your old used tools to new blueprint
specifications, often times with a substantial cost
savings over the cost of the new. With our regrind
program we can take your used inserts and grind them
into a new tool to be reused in your manufacturing
process.
Used Carbide Tooling
With our carbide recycling program we will pay you for all
of your used, broken, or obsolete carbide tooling. All you
need to do is give us a call, we will arrange for material
pickup. Once we have verified the weight we will issue you
a check for the agreed upon price per pound.
